Our Young Leader’s Academy is specifically designed for young people Age 14 – 16 and is part of our commitment to participatory practice and co-production.
Delivered in partnership with the National Youth Agency, each young person is working towards a Level 2 Award in Youth Work Principles for which they must attend weekly training sessions and spend time ‘on placement’ working directly with younger age-groups each week. As a charity, we are committed to our workforce having both lived experience of the issues facing young people and being local.
Our Young Leaders support our team of passionate and highly skilled individuals.
