At The Boathouse Youth, our Strategic Leadership Team plays a crucial role in shaping the future of our organisation.
Through their collective leadership, the SLT drives the charity’s growth, sustainability, and impact, navigating challenges and seizing opportunities to advance the charity’s mission of creating positive change and making a difference in the lives of young people.

Our Operations team play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient utilisation of resources and maintenance of facilities to support the charity’s operation.
The administration team provides essential support in day-to-day tasks and operations. Together, the team works collaboratively to ensure the seamless functioning of operations, making them integral components of the charity’s success.
Our Young Leader’s Academy is specifically designed for young people Age 14 – 16 and is part of our commitment to participatory practice and co-production.
